Oh the diversity? (lead singer, metal, metallica, Slipknot, rapper)

So I am going to a show... The weird part about it is that it is Coheed and Cambira and Slipknot. I know alot of ppl may say better about one or the other but this is more about the diversity of the two. I am more into the heavy music but i dont mind C&C so bad. I have also noticed a little louder music coming from C&C I just dont like the guys voice it would be easier to swallow if the lead singer was a chick. Anyhow just thought it was a little interesting. Post any comments

Its not that hard to imagine the two together actually. I've seen a local rapper open for 3 Inches Of Blood.

I actually like Coheed a good deal. I think the more you hear them the more the singers voice grows on you. And by the way, they play a great live show, very talented guys.

I remember the first time I heard C&C. It was some song about a sniper or something. Fairly obnoxious. I never really tried past that to be honest. They might be a fair deal better than I give them credit for.

I'm seeing them in exactly one month.
I'm going soley for C&C, as they are turning into one of my favorite artists.
I don't mind slipknot, but I dont care for their image, not to mention their singer slurs his words live. <_<

Never heard any of Triviums work though.

Somewhere in the middle. Black album-ish riffs but a lot of emphasis on solos.

If they sound good live i might consider giving them a little more leway. Its just that someone who has so much should mot be a jerk to the ppl who support him.

What? If the music is good its good. If they were nazis who supported the killing of everyone different than them it would not change the musical quality. If it were top 100 quality without them being *******s it would be top 100 quality with them being *******s.
