Big Time Entertainment
Just got asked to book a "show" with them (they got wise and renamed to Afton Live).
I almost want to do it... I almost want to waste 240 bucks on a worthless pay to play show in some crappy bar. Why? So I can send the mic stand into their equipment, beat the doorman over the head with a bass guitar and piss on the seven people who'll actually stay for the show. |

Pay to Play promoters should be castrated, I kicked the shit out of one in a bar in my town simply because he was ripping off kids. The kids in my town think I'm alright for an old dude

We have a venue here that feeds off of high school kids like innocent prey. It's really sad actually. They will say, "Hey we LOOOOVE your stuff, you wanna play here? You can have mainstage... now sell these 100 tickets (minimum, for 10 dollars a piece... you get a whole whopping *drumroll* dollar!)." So then you have these kids scrambling to sell as many as they can, and if for some reason they somehow managed to do it. They still don't get the mainstage, and the person who offered that spot will pretend like they never said anything of the sort, etc etc. It's sickening.
