Yeah he kinda sing / speaks / mumbles -its ok, though, kinda suits the style of his band's music.

I'd have to go with Serj Tanian. He kind of sounds like a muppet when he sings. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, but...

He's got a unique voice, but he's always making the exact sound/pitch he intends to make. So no, he can sing <_<

Man, I think she has a great voice. One of the best R&B singers out there IMHO.
