No really though, I dont have a deep music secret, if people have a negative opinion of what I listen to or listened to they can go **** themselves. I'll go **** myself for even mentioning MSI though, worst band ever.
Maybe the fact I still get ripped and listen to Simon and Garfunkel might be a secret because I dont put it out there too much?

Simon and Garfunkel are amazing, anybody who rips you for listening to them has no taste.

I like Motion City Soundtrack's 'Commit this to Memory', and I also really like Kind of Like Spitting (who in my opinion is amazing, so really, I don't care).

Those seem to be ammunition enough for people to rip on me, regardless of how pseudo-obscure my music taste gets!

Ugh, I hate the misconception that the Barenaked Ladies are nothing but a trite pop band. They have one of the strongest and most consistent discographies out of any band. The problem is the songs that get chosen as singles are often their goofier more poppy ones (a recurring attribute in a lot of indie music), yet people seems to think one outweighs the other. Don't judge BNL on their singles alone but they never do the band proper justice.

/end Barenaked Ladies fanboy rant.

Quite right, Pete. I maintain that Maybe You Should Drive is one of the best pop albums of the 90s and certainly since I was born. "Am I the Only One?" is one of the best songs ever, and that's no exaggeration.
