I kinda sorta don't mind 'em myself - not going to rush out there and buy or download any of their stuff, but I don't feel the need to barf whenever I hear a song by them...

The main way I got into them was I got the Black Parade whilst getting a hat at Hot Topic. It was a twofer kinda deal. But yeah, I like the CD alright and I don't mind em.
I think I might lose street cred for this.

I guess I'll have to listen to some Slayer to redeem myself...
I wouldn't worry... after my confession, I'm quite sure I have the street credit debt collectors on my ass.

That's just a matter of taste; The fact that Simply Red released their first single in 1985, and that Mick Hucknall has made a very respectable living ever since from those beginnings speaks volumes. There aren't so many Pop Bands who can claim this, and their high-quality brand of music is revered world-wide.I cannot think of many vocalists who can reproduce studio cut vocals in a live setting with such unerring acuracy as those of Mick Hucknall, either.

What, the Savage Garden or whatever it was? I don't know them. I take it they're cheesy or sellouts or something?
