Speaking of Cardinology, what are some of your other favorite underperformers?

Here are some of mine:

Bloc Party - Intimacy - A weekend...was a step down from Silent alarm, but I didn't expect to be totally turned off them so soon...:\

Sigur ros - Með Suð Í Eyrum Við Spilum Endalaust - Takk is one of the best albums ever so it was a given this one wasn't gonna come close, and it did even worse. I literally liked only one song on it and listened to it, forcefully, maybe 3-4 times. Maybe I'll discover its brilliance in a few years, right now it's just seriously bland.

Wolf Parade - At Mount Zoomer - Pretty much the same story as with Sigur ros, Apologies is one of my favorite indie albums. I know I've liked a few songs off of this one and I listened to it a few times, but I suspect it was more out of respect for Apoligies than real liking.

Antony and the Johnsons/Final fantasy EPs - kinda went under everyone else's radar didn't they? The former was rather unremarkable given the fact that I jizz at the sound of his voice, the latter was just truly awful.
