My biggest let down was Chinese Democracy. For an album 17 years in production, I expected so much more. Most of it sounds like rehashes of old GNR songs... Sorry... IMO

I don't think Chinese Democracy was a let down. Because I wasn't expecting anything good at all.

Chinese Democracy should be one of this year's surprises... I mean, it actually came out.

if it takes 17 years to produce, don't you think there were some issues?

it takes an average DPW 3 days to fix a pothole depending on the damage. They've spent 20 years trying to complete the Big Dig and its killed ~20 people and cost 2 billion dollars extra.

Longer is not always better. All my professors tried pulling that crap with term papers, it didn't fly.
