Muse "Starlight" It's a good song, but should not be listened to too much within short periods of time, or you WILL get sick of it. Quasimoto "Phony Game" Groovy. Seems kinda laid back, I don't know if I like that or not. Definitely not bad. System Of A Down "Mind" It had a really cool soft-loud thing going on here, which was done in a Refused-esque way. I found it a little boring though. Public Enemy "Give It Up" I liked this better than anything I heard on "It Takes A Nation Of Millions...", a good one. Flogging Molly "What's Left Of The Flag" I like this song... I need to explore this band a bit more. Great sound.

Twisted Sister - I Wanna Rock Yes! Haha. I love this song, but purely for nostalgic reasons and the memories it brings back requesting it every single week to headbang like retards in various rock bars with a group of friends I rarely see anymore. I'm in a good mood now. Sunny Day Real Estate - Seven I wouldnt expect to like this even one little bit. I was thinking it was sounding alright until the vocals. Not a band I will be checking out but a hell of a lot better than I would have expected. Glassjaw - Lovebites and Razorlines I have never liked Glassjaw. The vocals cut right through me. Not my thing. Billy Talent - Devil in a Midnight Mass I've never liked Billy Talent either, just not my thing. No appeal whatsoever. Moss Icon - Guatemala Pretty bland sounding vocals but quite nicely chilled out sounding. I'm wondering if these are a band I would like or not but this track is not bad. |

MAJOR BUMPAGE
Mojopunk's Library: Runnin' With The Devil-Van Halen Not much of a classic rocker, but this song provided the amount of cheesines that makes me love Van Halen's hits. Reassurance Rests In The Sea-The Fall of Troy I used to be really into FOT, then I realized how annoying they were. Their self-titled album is still pretty great though, and this is one of my favorite tracks on it. Out of Focus-Blue Cheer Very pshychedelic stuff. Remniscent of a band I really love, Leaf Hound. But I found this to be somewhat boring. Very...droning for 'blues rock' Japanese Spy Transcript-Maybeshewill Heard the band name but never the music. Now I'm definatley going to get an album. Best song out of the 5. Freeze Sucker-The Datsuns There's not much garage rock I can actually stand to listen to, but this was suprisingly good. Usally the vocals turn me off, but these were much more controled. A- |

Stephen Lynch-Albino funny guy, funny AS HELL song. surprisingly pretty intimate. TV on the Radio-Dancing Choose kind of an electronic song. gets kinda sweet in the chorus. overall a pretty upbeat and enjoyable listen Jamison Parker-Your Song -pretty similar to the last songs, in that it has kind of an indie alternative sound and it's pretty singable Say Anything-You're the Wanker, If Anyone is -I've been wanting to get into this band for some time. i like the guitar lines and generally singability of this song. didn't notice the bass until halfway through the song. it also speeds up near the end. Brand New-The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows oh god i remember this song! in my opinion it's pretty sad but at the same time some good emotive music. in all, i give this a B. some good stuff, but try to check out some more genres.

well, w/out one, i'd say you wouldn't be able to participate in this thread, because you'd need one if the next person wants to do it, otherwise they'll skip you.
but if you want to hear the music off a my last fm page, click the widget in my sig(the blue thing with the songs on it), then you'll be on my last fm page. then scroll down to where it says "[username]'s library", and there should be a button saying "Play Library".

I have a last.fm account but now they've made this whole pay $3.00 a month to listen to music on the website. So clicking Play Library or anything takes me to the page asking my to subscribe to their page asking for money.
