For all the Yorkies out there, it should be noted a lot of people find Thom's voice grating and annoying.

They put Kurt Cobain way too high on their guitarist list too.
On the Beatles note, I've always liked Paul's voice more than John's. Now that I'm more used to it I do like Thom Yorke's voice, but I wouldn't say he's one of the greatest ever. |

C'mon guys, these lists are always, always bull****.
I disappointed that there is no Maynard or Jeff Buckleys higher up on the list. And as always am baffled by the vocalists that get high places... Kurt Cobain? |

Trust Rolling Stone to omit the vocalist whom the majority of metal singers spend their careers emulating (often less than successfully too).
Then again, Gillan isn't on here either.

I'm a bit surprised that so many people question Cobain's inclusion. In the early-90s, I read a lot of articles about how Cobain had the best voice of his generation. I'm not sure I agree with that, but I didn't think his voice being great was a terribly controversial belief.
