What's your idea of a diverse music taste?
I'm just curious, and hoping for some interesting replies. I'm not sure if I really have an idea of a what a "diverse musical taste" could be defined as. Opinions?

My definition is of someone who is open minded about listening to other types of music other than the predominant one they're attached to. If they aren't ignorant, and willing to explore, then that's having a diverse taste in music to me. You don't necessarily have to have a World Music collection - you just have to sort of say, "hey, that would be cool to have."

It's not necessarily a generically diverse music collection, but a willingness to actually listen to musical recommendations and explore areas of music they don't know all that much about. Potential over material basically

Mine is that I can find at least one band or artist in absolutely ANY genre that I like.
