I always thought Ziggy's cover was hilariously inappropriate. I mean, I like it, but it seems more appropriate for Tom Waits or Sherlock Holmes more than a glam rock star. I will say that Hunky Dory's cover is completely awful...

I kind of like the Small Change cover, it seems appropriate given the kind of persona Waits takes in the album. The stripper is kind of ugly, but what are you gonna do.
