Only by the Night by the Kings of Leon was i think there best yet.

Eleventh Hour by Del Tha Funkee Homosapian.

It seemed like everyone heard what sound KOL evolved into and hated it because it wasn't like their earlier albums, completely ignoring that the songwriting, vocals, and instruments are performed better than on any other KOL album. Pitchfork went so far as to call them a U2 cover band.

Pitchfork doesn't know what there talking about 50% of the time. And i agree, everything about the album sounded better. They seemed to grow as musicians alot since there last album.
