Question about music software.
Certain programs, such as Cakewalk Music Creator 4, claim to be be able to emulate a wide variety of instruments. My question is, I need a keyboard to use this program, correct? See, I always thought it was the keyboard itself that emulated the instrumnets, but apparently it is done through the software???
I know this is very dumb question. I'm not a musician, but would like to soon start dabbling with playing/recording sounds. Thanks a lot! |
