Cant Remember a bands name and its pissing me off!
 

I need some serious help. There was a band late 80's early 90's that played out of the Washington area (i think) They were on a very small label but toured the nation. They had a ska / jazz / rock feel. Very unique. I search every list possible on the net, and have had no luck. I hope I can have some luck here on this forum.
