the second i read this i had to throw their debut album on....i loved this when it came out...by far one of the best of the year....but i have to agree there were few really stand out track....and mostly now i really only like the two singles from 'Electronic' 'Getting Away With It' and 'Get The Message' (both of which graced many a mix tape in '91 )...but this album is pretty good overall....you would just expect so much more from a Sumner/Marr collaboration

i have always thought that Tomahawk was pretty close to perfect super group with members of Faith No More/Mr Bungle/Fantomas, Scratch Acid/Rapeman/Jesus Lizard, Helmet, Cows/Melvins....their first album was great...the two follow ups not so much.....maybe if patton had stepped down to just electronics and noise and david Yow took over vocals...this would be perfect

i have to disagree. that 3rd album (Anonymous) is when they finally stopped sounding like Faith No More with a twist and really came into their own as a unique entity to my ears.

I`m a huge Tommy Shaw fan but the Damn Yankees were awful.

nuh-uh.
the best supergroup that already exists is battles.

nah, i'm just kidding! battles is a great supergroup, but all of those other bands above have a lot more exposure and are the true winners.
