A couple more occurred to me:

Man Man - Black Mission Goggles : The lyrics aren't expressly about anything Halloween-related, but the music sounds very "demons/ghosts/assorted baddies on parade" to me (the video is some user-created junk...song is the important thing)

I found This is Halloween by Marilyn Manson! OMG! Awesome! Rob Zombie also did Halloween (She Gets So Mean), totally rocked!

I guess I'm a little late, but the Lost Highway soundtrack is pretty awesome on Halloween.

That, or the ST to Requiem... Kronos Quartet is PHENOM.
