Yes, this was supposedly Hendrix's planned follow-up album. It's as close to finished versions of the material as you're going to get. If you're a vinyl junkie like me, you can also get the music split up on the original early seventies releases "The Cry of Love", "Rainbow Bridge" and "War Heroes". "First Rays" was available on vinyl as well, however I'm not a fan of its sound quality (not sure if it's something about my copy or not as I haven't heard another vinyl copy of it to compare).

You really should. There are so many posthumous releases; it's incredible, the body of work Hendrix really has (official and otherwise).
