I'm not exactly sure. because I haven't done it myself, but I think it's either (after you've logged into your apple account), go to store -> checkfor available downloads or go to the downloads tab and it should provide you with a pop-up. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. If it says that you've already downloaded all of your purchases, contact Apple. I'm prett sure they can authorize you to redownload your music.

Well, I used to download songs (3-4 years ago) on my old computer. When I got a new computer I just clicked the download area and it gave me all of my old songs, so I'm just sorta going off of that.
