Seriously seeking Sam. I am looking for some place to grow and get better at what I do. I am seeking great training from inside the industry. I could just throw stuff up on myspace. But tell me has that worked?

Does anyone know of a place that will get me networking? Any place to get trained in the industry? Go to school, intern, get plugged?

If you don't mind sharing your secrets. Tell me what you did or are doing to get your career going. How did you gain your freedom and find success?
