...and also, this is a brief guide to the artist, not a debate on how good the artist is or whether they deserve to be on the list.
This is not a hall of fame, nor a list of the best artists or albums ever made.

There doesn't seem to be much interest in this. It won't work very well if only three of us voted and took part.

I think more people will get involved once you have an example of it up & running.
Instead of more planning I think you should just start it up now and see what works & what doesn't and do it that way.
