i went to acl this year as i have the past 4-5 years and i have to say i was (as expected) a little disappointed. dont get me wrong, i liked the bands i saw, and i still love acl weekend. i was only able to make it on saturday this year which was unfortunate, and although i would have loved to see some of the others (nerd)... i already have seen most of the people i would goto on friday or sunday.

beck didnt even encore and he was the last on that stage of the night.... weak sauce (although the performance of 'hell yeah' was awesome).

i enjoyed man man alright but everyone built them up so much i actually expected a little more. maybe it was the austin heat

mgmt was pretty good, but i cant begin to sit down and enjoy them without some fanboy telling me they are the best thing on the face of the earth.

this was by in large my least favorite acl, but i am sure they will make it up next year with a badass lineup, kinda hard not to beat foo fighters...
