Default 99 Most Underrated Voices in Music

Here is a list of people that I think are sometimes overlooked when it comes to their vocals, in no set order.

#99 - Jarvis C0cker

Pulp's front man and Michael Jackson's rear man. This man can show off his voice both in the studio and live on stage. Whether it is his high squeaks, his 'oooOOOoooOOOh's or his low, creepy whisper, Jarvis' fantastic vocals add a whole new dynamic to his great writing.

Sadly overlooked in his heyday, when most of the attention was focused on Blur, Oasis and the like, he showed that he didn't need to be cool, he could just open his mouth and let his gift do the rest. Pulp are usually remembered for great hits and looking like geeks, but seldom revered for having the best voice in 'Britpop'.

Check out Pulp live at Glastonbury, 1995.
