Default Richard Wright has died

Greatest band ever to millions.
Lets take time to discuss Pink Floyds timeless music which fits no genre other then Godliness.
Perhaps there is some recordings to be released still.

Default R.I.P. Richard Wright

Richard William Wright, a self-taught pianist and keyboardist best known for his long career with the legendary Pink Floyd died today following a battle with cancer. Though not as prolific a songwriter as his bandmates Syd Barrett, Roger Waters and David Gilmour, he did write significant parts of the music for classic albums such as Meddle, Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here, as well as for Pink Floyd's final studio album The Division Bell.

BBC NEWS | Entertainment | Floyd founder Wright dies at 65

R.I.P. Richard, I think I'm going to have a Pink Floyd marathon tonight.

That really sucks. I always thought he was really talented and probably the most underrated member of the band.

From what I have been hearing he was underated as the band member.
When you consider that floyd was based so much on melody and instrumentals I think his contribution to the band should be explored more.
Sensitive made the point well.

Oh my God. I had no idea. His sound made Meddle and DSOTM the albums that they are.

I think I need an honorary marathon of Floyd.

Truly sad.

One of my favorite keyboards, and in my opinion the most underrated Floyd member. He wrote some of their most memorable songs (like Great Gig in the Sky) and he had a great voice, will truly be missed.

I was so hoping they would have a reunion someday too, dispite how unlikely it was.

Lame.
