I did have a little tear in my eye when I heard the news but fuck it. Floyd mean a great deal to me personally.

The thing I probably liked most about Rick, apart from his playing, was his humility in that band. When everyone, including the leading personalities in the band, were fighting over who was better than whom, Rick was comfortable being in the background, just doing his job.
