Love the piano solo in Supertramp's School
The echo in Paul McCartney's voice in Oh! Darling
The Wah Wah guitar solo in Chicago's 25 or 6 to 4
The drumming in ELP's Trilogy
The harmonies in the Zombies A Rose For Emily

The last few miniutes of Untitled by The Cure. Probably the most beautiful piece of music i've ever heard :)

The build up to the opening wah-wah riff on voodoo child (slight return) is just perfect in every sense.

The Captured Vibe Restrung by Hilltop Hoods, is basically a softer instrumental piece that slowly builds, about half way through there's the sample "everybody just scream" and the orchestra surges, it's a great musical moment.

3:17 When the main riff kicks in again.

Whenever I play it I always turn it up really REALLY loud just for that bit. :D

That is great. I was going to mention the drumming on Manic Depression. Mitch Mitchell is the bomb.

"Killing for Company" by Swans has this part where the bass sort of takes over the melody (at the 4:30 mark) that blows me away every time I hear it. Something about it feels like falling into an emotional abyss from which you know there will be no return. Yes, it's an incredible downer but it's an amazing piece of music.

Also, on the other end of the emotional spectrum is "Under the Milky Way Tonight" by the Church. The part where the bagpipe solo comes in (at the 2:24 mark) is just so uplifting and beautiful to me.

Yeah, I've seen that clip.

Pretty extraordinary stuff.

Elvis Costello changing "Less Than Zero" seven seconds in to "Radio Radio" on the third season of SNL was pretty badass.

after the second chorus of 4st 7lb by the manics when it gets slower
