Wu-Tang Clan - No, I don't like their music. Never got what the big deal with them was.
The Velvet Underground - Yes, all their four albums were superb.

I get if you don't like them, but to deny how many people do or to deny their influence or how much respect their fellow musicians have for them is narrow minded.

You don't have to vote yes, and shouldn't if you don't like them, but to vote no is myopic and selfish.

Huh? I thought the idea was to vote "yes" or "no" based on personal preference?

You can vote "no" and still appreciate that they were influential, etc.
