my friends showed me the Flobots. I usually dont listne to hip-hop or whatever type of music they are but i like how theyre making protest song in this day and age

The last two bands that someone ELSE turned me on to, are probably PURE REASON REVOLUTION and RIVERSIDE, two Neo Prog bands. I can thank my brother for those...

I'm really into Blonde Redhead right now. They sound like Bjork with a good backing band. Sick.

Coldplay. I think they came in the right moment for me. I listened to harder music (Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Rage against the machine, Soundgarden, ...) and I think I really needed something new. Coldplay was new

Great band! Never thought they sounded like Bjork at all but they're really good.
