Everything I have said is fact and can be backed up simply by googling it. What did I lie about? Go ahead and pick something out, I can back it up easily. I am sorry that I made you look really bad is this debate, but its your fault. Atleast I didnt have to make up record sale numbers like you did.
You just made up numbers when trying to prove your point but simply by going to riaa.com you can look up album sales for the US.

You have lost this debate big time, you should really just quit before you get even further behind.

you can't lose a debate on which the premise is solely of a subjective manner. Please, earn some social graces before you make poorly constructed statements.

if you look up in google you will also see that the joshua tree sold 20 million world wide (not in US alone. my mistake) while AFD sold only 17 million. AFD is also only the 23rd biggest selling album in the US of all time.

How is this debate subjective? Its not subjective what band was bigger.
Its only subjective what band was better or more talented. Understand.

Now GNR is only the biggest band from 87-93???!?!? Why is it dropping so quickly???
Are you realizing that Axl is a a dushbag songwriter who only strives for fame and fortune????
Maybe that's why he got PPV channels and 7 million people at a concert.
Kurt didn't want that..
And to say that Axl is a better songwriter than Kurt is absurd.
Kurt would never ever write: Take me down to the paradise city
Where the grass is green
And the girls are pretty
Take me home; Oh, won't you please take me home

AFD sold 15m in the USA that is 5m less than U2 sold in the WORLD for the Joshuha tree. Look up how many copies of AFD was sold world wide, its much more than 20m my friend. Sorry but you lose again.

'The album was a #1 American hit and worldwide sales exceeded 16 million.'
'VH1 named Appetite for Destruction the 42nd greatest album of all time.'

no, unfortunatly you this time are wrong. the joshua tree sold 20 million worldwide while i quote "Appetite for destruction sold in excess of 15 million worldwide" not in excess of 20, not in excess of 19- just 15. i say 17 as a rough guess, could be less!. you want the link ****face?

How is what dropping so quickly? I have always stated this. The early 90s like I also said entails 90-93, so those years are covered.

I also said that no band after 93 was bigger than gnr was during those years.

So you need to learn to comprehend. It’s not too hard.

As for Kurts writing, you are right he would never write anything like that, he wrote trash like this.

I won my own pet virus
I get to pet and name her
Her milk is my ****
My **** is her milk

Yeah those are great lyrics. You really do not want to debate lyrics because you will lose badly.
