hi guys im starting to get in too guns n roses chinese democracy cd its jammin. But someone told me they dont write there own lyrics im totally against people that do that and I have been put off but I was wondering is this true.

Also, they do write their own lyrics. Axl Rose has written probably aboput 90% of their lyrics on his own.

They write their own stuff, for the most part. Infact, Axl Rose wrote all the lyrics on Chinese Democracy.

Ah I don't agree with that, it's not a bad cover but it lacks the potency of the original. I know Dylan isn't an amazing singer but I do love his country crooning voice and it suits the song a lot better than Axl's rapsy wailing, not that I don't like his raspy wailing it's just a weird combo.

I really like guns. It's to bad that Axl had to be a control freak and take the band into another direction. I'm not a fan of the 14 year project of Chinese Democracy. Apetite for Destruction - Use Your Illusion II is my favorite era from there music.
