It may be because they kind of, you know, suck.

It's nice being the two smartest people in the room.

It's too bad we're alone.

If you're posting in the music forums make sure to be thoughtful and expressive, if you're posting in the lounge ask yourself "is this something that adds to the conversation?" It's important to remember that a lot of people use each thread. You're probably not as funny or clever as you think, I know I'm not.

Zeppelin was far more innovative and creative than Guns N' Roses ever were.

I am by no means a huge Guns 'n Roses fan or anything, but IMHO their ratio of quality songs to crap is much, much better than Zeppelin.

I really don't see where you're getting that statistic from. I mean for instance, every single song on Led Zeppelin IV is a classic. And I'm just talking about that particular album. They have sooooo many awesome songs it's crazy. But hey, if you don't like it, you don't like it......

Well, it's not a statistic, just my personal opinion. After reading your post, I just went and checked out the tracklist for IV and I will definitely concede that it is a pretty good album. On the other hand though, we have Houses of the Holy, which to my ears has only one worthwhile song on it ("D'yer Mak'er"). None of GnR's three regular studio albums can be said to be that bad, IMHO.

Also, I should probably add that I was kind of joking when I said Zeppelin sucked earlier. I do like quite a few of their songs, I just think they're very overrated.

Well, Houses of the Holy also has Over the Hills and Far Away, Dancing Days, and The Ocean. Hahaha I love HOTH. It's great IMO but hey, like I and many, many other people have stated before, music is purely subjective.
