Not showing up at the Hall of Fame awards doesn't really do anything positive for his reputation. I'm not saying that he was entirely to blame for what happened to the original line-up, but he certainly played his part.
I personally think, from what I've seen and read about him, Axl is his own worst enemy. It's a pity because, had they managed to stay together, they would have been huge. |

It appears to me that the old members were clearly rehearsing with Myles Kennedy. You don't just figure out a set and matching outfits in like, three days. That means either they were prepared for him to flip out, or they wanted him to in order to further divide the Slash/Axl fanbases. I hope the former. I wanna think better of those guys.
I can see why Axl was pissed. That's not to say that, before we knew what was gonna happen, his letter to the HoF seemed a hilarious masterpiece of insanity when out of context. |

That's possible, but on the other hand some of those guys have been playing in Velvet Revolver recently (trying out unnamed singers) and Slash recently has worked with Myles Kennedy. Great job by him there, by the way.

Hopefully they'll get rid of Axl Rose sometime soon.
