What do you guys think about their songs "Get In The Ring" and "Shotgun Blues"? What about Use Your Illusion 2 in general. Compared to UYI1?

Like I mentioned earlier, I think UYI2 is far superior to UYI1. That said, those are two of the weakest songs on the album.

I think its one of the most fun rock songs GNR ever made. (Get In The Ring is anyway)

They're both okay songs, just not as good as the rest of the album.

Do you guys have any recommendations for other hard rock bands that have the whole "I don't give a ****" and "**** you* vibe going on? I like these vibes in GNR songs like Back Off B*tch, Coma, and Get In The Ring. Good morning music.

The closest thing I can think of is Motley Crue, though they don't really have epic "Coma"-type songs.

UYI1 had better highlights than UYI2 but was like, half-filler and overall, was probably the most mediocre thing they ever put out (relative to Guns 'N Roses, anyways. Remember, we're still talking GNR for Pete's sake)

UYI2 on the other hand, was at least on par with Appetite, if not better. Probably in my top ten favorite albums of all time.
