Yeah i think although slash is a good guitarist, he seems to have not changed, unlike say other bands like slipknot they have changed over the years (llok at the new album) but slash's playing style and music has not changed, although you cant really argue that he is not talented at all.

I think slash is pretty good, but yes there are alot of better guitarists out there, like david gilmour, eric clapton, steve vai and so on. It's just the type of music and your opinion that really counts.But yes, he is over rated.

Buckethead is also great.... however Slash has more musical accomplishments.. you know.. he made his name because of what he's done musically.

Buckethead's a great guitarist too.. their styles are a bit different.. can't completely compare the two..
