I remember in fourth or fifth grade I actually denounced Britney Spears in front of my friends. (This was when she was popular and attractive). They...called me an idiot and tried to make me cry. Today...I don't think any of them will ever admit to listening to her in the first place.

The kids in my class were always in a feud about who was cooler: The Backstreet Boys or N*SYNC.

I actually had both their albums and the movie. Looking back on it, for being a bubblegum pop act they were actually surprisingly decent.

I watched that movie like my life depended on it.

And the first actual vinyl I bought was PULSE - Pink Floyd
