Lyrically, I'm going to go with Sublime. Both bands are fun to sing along to. Offspring has a little more crazy energy on their albums than Sublime though, imho.
When i saw them in '96 they were phenomenal, made me a fan because of the show. Saw them again in '04 and was surprised how much energy they still brought to the table. Either i caught good shows or you caught a bad one.

If you're posting in the music forums make sure to be thoughtful and expressive, if you're posting in the lounge ask yourself "is this something that adds to the conversation?" It's important to remember that a lot of people use each thread. You're probably not as funny or clever as you think, I know I'm not.

I had to have just caught them on a bad night. Like I said, I think their albums have mad energy, so it would make sense to me that their live shows would too. Looks like I'll just have to see them again.

Hmmm.. I want to say Offspring is better, but that's just cuz I've heard more of them. Sublime is better. Yup, final answer.

Suuubllime, kiddos.

Though I was a pretty big Offspring fan back in the day. They haven't aged well...creatively that is.
