hey, can anyone recommend some good music for me?
i love george michael (yes, im lame, stfu... his songs "soul free" "cowboys and angels" "freedom 90" are still amazing)
calvin harris
60's rock n roll/ "pop"
2am club
the fray
kid cudi
lights
mika
the stills
robin thicke
nirvana

stuff like that?
actually, absolutely anything.. i love any type of music, except for country and hardcore scream metal. any classic songs, anyone?

Listened to both these cd's this past week, and realized how much I really enjoyed both.





Both these cd's have a similar layout. They both are heavily based in hip hop, but half the songs on both discs are the groups branching out into other genre's like instrumental's, punk, even a choir song at the end of the Len CD. Both keep me riveted until the end just cause they're so eclectic I guess.

I just wanted to know if anyone could recommend some similar albums? It's not like nu-metal or rap and rock mixed, or straight up hip-hop like X-Ecutioners or something...its just cd's that are musically all over the place, with hip hop roots. If you've heard these you probably know what I mean. Thx to anyone that replies.

Yeah very true about the Freestylers. I used to really be into them a few years back (probably for the same reasons), but have sorta forgotten about them till now. Got a couple of their albums DL'd here somewhere, gonna put one on now ><
