As did I. It's been years though (a decade?) since I played it for that purpose.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Default sleepy electronica

im looking for some good sleep music. something kinda slow. i thought trance was like that but all the stuff i heard was really fast and hard hitting. anything is cool. trance, techno, techtonkic.

also what do you recomend with female vocals. i love chick vocals. give a whole new depth to the song i think.

fav song is one desire by mondotek

cheers

P.S if theres another thread like this or this is the wrong area i appologize i couldnt find it

You might want to check into ambient and triphop.

It's strange, during those days I would also put on Richard D. James album to go to sleep. But it worked just fine.

Default Looking for expressionistical music

Hi there,
for an assignment at school, I need to find a piece of music which fits in the expressionism-style.

I did Google a bit and found music of Arnold Schoenberg, but it is IMHO awful and I really can't listen to it for longer then 10 seconds...

Is there any music of this sort which is more "accessible"?
Or perhaps a piece that is well known?

Thanks!

Looking for something that sounds like Broken Social Scene? Something good!
