He named four female artists and you all gave him male artists. lol.

Tamar Braxton is actually releasing an album soon. I think she was supposed to release it sooner but she just had a baby.

Ashanti is coming out with an album.
Fantasia just came out with an album and so did Ciara.

If you haven't heard Janelle Monae's The ArchAndroid. Get on that.

Also, Kelly Rowland just released a new album. "Talk a Good Game"

Ryan Leslie's self titled album and Les is More

The Dream's Love Vs. Money and The Love King. If you wanna check out his new album 4 play go ahead but idk if it's worth it.

Okay, so as many of you know I lost my entire music library due to a sad laptop event. I still have all of my CDs which I am gradually loading into my library again, but I have none of the other music I had downloaded or given to me on there Wah!

So, I am asking for a huge favour - if you have the time, recommend me an album for me to check out and add to my new library. It can be any genre! I've been on this forum for almost 5 years and many of you may know me well, so you'll likely be able to recommend me something that I will enjoy It's actually quite exciting, building a music library all over again! I look forward to the recommendations!

I know you're a big Tool fan so you might want to check out the album Cognitive by sort-of supergroup Soen. The only two big names in it are Martin Lopez (ex-Opeth drummer) and Steve DiGiorgio (Death, Sadus, Testament, bassist) but as far as Tool rip off bands this is one of the better ones. Can't say it will change your life or become your new favorite, but for recent stuff it's not too shabby.

lol thanks Pete, I'm not a fan of Soen I just can't do bands that sound too much like a rip-off of another band! I'd rather listen to something with a unique sound. However, having said that, I haven't really given them a huge chance so I might give the album a proper listen and perhaps change my mindset
