Time Out Of Mind
Blood On The Tracks
Closer
Unknown Pleasures
Wounded Rhymes
The Queen Is Dead
Meat Is Murder
(OK, well, The Smiths albums may not fall under those categories, but they definitely aren't "happy" either)
Loveless
Sea Changes
Here, My Dear
I See A Darkness
Berlin
Pink Moon
Songs From A Room
Songs Of Leonard Cohen
Songs Of Love And Hate

Any more?
If you don't have them already you can add these to your list:

The Cure - Faith
The Cure - Disintegration
The Antlers - Hospice
Codeine - Frigid Stars
Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago
Galaxie 500 - On Fire

Hospice was bleak/depressing? I didn't get that from it. :/

But I'll get to the rest of them.

I certainly found it a bleak and depressing album, especially if you pay close attention to the lyrical content on a lot of the tracks.

Bleak and Depressing?

Just check out The Late Cord - Lights From the Wheelhouse.

That should do the trick.

I recommend them, because I see from your list that you like Bonnie 'Prince' Billy. Here's two songs from those albums as an illustration:

Smog - You Moved In

Cat Power - He Turns Down
