^after looking over your last.fm charts i think you should listen to Nadja

i suggest the albums 'Radiance Of Shadows', 'Autopergamene', 'Skin Turns To Glass', and their album of cover songs 'When I See the Sun Always Shines on TV' (covers ranging from My Bloody Valentine to The Kids In The Hall)

great music for cold winter nights

an example

Hello, I am looking for some reccommendations for my Live and Love playlist. Want some meaningfull, relaxed music.

At the moment I have 4 songs, 3 by Lighthouse Family - High, Free and Aint No Sunshine, and one by Black Eyed Peas - Where Is The Love.

Can anyone suggest some good songs that will fit in?

Thanks

I need something that sounds similar to coldplay and REM ! Rock thats soft and a bit progressive on ears.

Any suggestions or recommendations please?

Tori Amos?

Also, it's a bit old, but you don't specify wether it has to be really contemporary: Rattlesnakes, by LLoyd Cole and the Commotions.
