Anything like Hum?
I tseems like all the other space rock bands I've listened to don't have many similarities to Hum although Hum is regarded as space rock.
or if anyone know's any technical metal bands like Decapitated that'd be cool too

And if anyone knows any Hardcore Punk similar to the Gorilla Biscuits in regards to the small breakdowns they sometimes include in their songs that would be cool too.

With regard to Decapitated, Nile and Necrophagist are the first two that come to mind. If you don't already have music from them, it will be worth it to check them out. Especially Nile.

I'm looking for Power Metal, a band that sounds more like 3 Inches of Blood, rather that DragonForce *shudders at the name*

Additionally, I'm beginning to get into jazz music. Instrumental jazz, preferably, with a moderately fast tempo, or faster. like something you would hear in a Broadway show. Where's a good place to start?

Can anyone help?

I have to write a review on a song that's in French, any one know any good French music out there?
Something that doesn't have really perverted lyrics or any swear words. This is for a 9th grade school Project.

Much thanks to anyone who helps!

Default Modern pop remniscent of Phil Spector, 60s, etc?

Cello everyone!

I am in love with pop music and yeah, well....I'm looking for music that has been made in the past 10 years that sounds somewhat like the old 60s style pop.

I'm having a tough time finding anything that really hits the mark, but any help would be appreciated!

for now Girls- Album (2009) is the closest thing I've found so far, but I'm looking for more as well as just making some of my own too haha!

These aren't necessarily "Phil Spector-ish" but you might like them.

Hot Shots - "I'm In Love"

Best Coast - "Make You Mine" or "When I'm With You"

Happy Birthday - "Girls FM"

Blanche Hudson Weekend - "Crying Shame" — No youtube and I can't post links yet, so just look for the ep The Letters To Daddy for a few retro-ish tunes.

The Apricots - "Zoom" — couldn't find this on youtube either, so either try to get your hands on The Apricots - Swingin' and Smilin'! or even better get your hands on the Japanese Girls Compilation - My Summer Love.
