I would just start at the beginning and work my way through... you can hear the progression of their sound that way, and it avoids disappointment at hearing something older when you like the newer stufff better... ya know... just my thoughts...

I have their entire discog as they are one of my faves. The 70's were a lot more psychedelic with long jams, the 80's saw them take a heavier approach and the 90's were just patchy with occasional bursts of brilliance. If you need any just holler back.
