Christian music.. I don't want that type of music

Well, I dont want to create new thread as i am totally newbie and don't want to annoy the others, so I post it just here:
I want to know whether there exists some genre or subgenre names for some sort of soundtracks? I like some sort of instrumental music(without human voice), I just don’t know what it is or what you call it(if it has a genre name). Perhaps some of you could give me some names so I can better navigate in order to search after a certain sort of music.
