Cheltenham gave us Skunk Anansie's guitarist, Brian Jones (a little tearaway in his youth so I have been informed) and the mighty Jaz Coleman of Killing Joke. That's nearly better than Liverpool on it's own

Is it possible that we don't have any Liverpudlians here? Regardless, I'd think it'd be nice if certain mods wouldn't abuse their powers for their own crusade...
