Default Best of the 90s

Inspired by JayJamJah's Van Morrison thread. I was originally going to review Modest Mouse's discography but since I seem to be the only fan I decided to do this.

61. The Divine Comedy "A Short Album About Love (1997)"

Neil Hannon can copy Scott Walker like none other and to prove this he created one of the greatest short albums about love ever if not the greatest. I've never heard someone croon "If you were a dog, I'd feed you scraps from off the table" with such romantic passion before and Someone? it just doesn't get any better than this unless the album is called (SPOILER!) Casanova.
