Best of the 90s
Inspired by JayJamJah's Van Morrison thread. I was originally going to review Modest Mouse's discography but since I seem to be the only fan I decided to do this.
61. The Divine Comedy "A Short Album About Love (1997)" Neil Hannon can copy Scott Walker like none other and to prove this he created one of the greatest short albums about love ever if not the greatest. I've never heard someone croon "If you were a dog, I'd feed you scraps from off the table" with such romantic passion before and Someone? it just doesn't get any better than this unless the album is called (SPOILER!) Casanova.

Yeah hence the spoiler. 61 is as good a number as any.
I've been attacked like three times for liking them or something related to them so I assumed I was the only one.

Yeah and ProggyMan, 15Steps, there were a few other negative comments as well. I figured it would be kind of worthless to put effort into something no one cared about. Besides I had this 90s list laying around anyway.
60. Belle & Sebastian "The Boy With the Arab Strap" Yeah it's not their best album but songs like Ease Your Feet In The Sea are just too solid and infectious to hate. I'm tired tonight I'm not going to say much more other than this: fuck the haters.
