I need help to win 90 CDs!! (cds, members, artist, band)

Hi!! I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this question, because if I answer it right I'm gonna win 90 CDs in a contest:
"To which band belongs the artist who used to forget his or her braces on the fridge and on the washing machine as a teenager?"

Hey, thanks a lot for yor help but I've just received 2 clues, and they say that the band isn't from North America, or Latin America. And Thrice is from California, right? So it can't be. Thanks anyways

I have new clues fro the question: 3 of the members of the band have tattoos, and the band lasted less than 10 years. Now its 110 Cds. Please, if anyone knows help me out!!
