Default Help with a Compilation

Hello, this is my first post here and like so many things it's born out of necessity. I'm creating a compilation for someone who I've already done a number of compilations for and am running out of fresh material. I poured through the compilations thread, and while there were a number of good tracks in there, most of them weren't really very accessible in the vein of what I'm looking for.

This person is mostly into Rock/Indie/Classic Rock with some Reggae/Funk/Soul/Blues/Dance influences. Generally nothing too brooding or heavy. Here's what I've got so far to give you an idea.

1. Eagle Eye Cherry - Save Tonight
2. State Radio - Camilo
3. Firebug - Paradise
4. Beck - Farewell Ride
5. The Mamas and the Papas - California Dreamin'
6. Mayra Andrade - Lua
7. Iggy Pop - The Passenger
8. The Who - Magic Bus

Any Suggestions or comments are welcome. In the end, I'm looking at something around 16 or 18 tracks.
