The strings on Blue Flowers by Dr. Octagon are pretty haunting, I think the violin in general can be scary as hell when played right. I've always found The Childcatcher by Patrick Wolf very creepy too. Prayer to God by Shellac is kind of scary in its intensity and how much conviction there is Albini's vocals.
