Default What medium do you listen to music on?

What do you use to listen to music, and what do you listen to it on?

Examples: Vinyl, Cassets, CD, MP3

Examples: 1970 Marshall Amp, Sony 2300 HiFi Speakers, Iriver mp3 player

------------------------------------------------------------------------

M main collection is on MP3, just because that allows me to easily get more for a VERy low price, and put on mp3 player. I have a decent CD collection i regret buying, and a growing collection of Vinyl's, which are imo the only way to really listen to your favorite music.

Whn im out i use my Ipod Classic 8 Gig. At home i either use my 2000 Aiwa Stereo (which still works and sounds great after 8 years) and my Sony record Player which hooks into that stereo via audio cables.

I only listen to music on my Zune and my computer. I would listen to vinyl, but I'm only 17 so I can't really afford that. Mp3's are just so convenient.

I listen to music on my ipod a lot and also CDs on my stereo. My stereo is a 3 year old JVC Hi-Fi connected to a 25-year old Toshiba amplifier which allows me to connect 4 speakers. 2 speakers are JVC and i've 2 larger and more powerful Wharfdale speakers that are as old as the amp itself. I dunno how this equipment has lasted so long but it still sounds damn good, they just dont make good sound equipment like this anymore i guess .

I can also connect my ipod up to the amp instead of my Hi-Fi by using a headphone jack to phono cable.

When im out and about i always have my Ipod Classic 80G and i also have itunes when im on my computer.

I use my Zune and Pandora. I use Playlist.com and free.napster.com for specifics.

I pretty much keep it to CDs and my computer.

Not cool enough for anything else, I fear...

My Zune...I just upgraded to a 30G from a 4G, so I have alot of new space to fill!

And Rezz just reminded me of something...the other day at Costco, my husband and I saw a vinyl record player that will convert your music to MP3. How cool is that???? I think we're gonna get it.

Right now just my iTunes on my pc. My cds and cd player are still unpacked since I moved.

What sucks is I don't have quality speakers (my pc is a laptop), and the only pair of headphones I have that still works (damn cat chewing on the cords) is a piece of crap, I actually hear the music better without it.

As soon as I get a ****ing Ipod I'll be able to get funky in public, but I usually listen to my music on my pc.

ps. don't mind that NIN there, I still haven't uninstalled lastfm on my parents computer.
